Shipping policy
DeezShop ships to every Canadian province and territory from our Canadian print-on-demand fulfilment partner. Every order prints when you place it, leaves the facility within 2 to 10 business days, and lands at your door with no customs and no duties. We publish realistic windows up front rather than hide them in fine print.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120 CAD.
- On orders under $120: $10.99 CAD for the first item and $3 CAD for each additional item.
Delivery windows
The windows below include the 2 to 10 business day print-and-pack time plus transit:
- Ontario: 4 to 12 business days
- Quebec, Prairies, British Columbia: 6 to 14 business days
- Atlantic Canada and the territories: 8 to 17 business days
Delivery to remote postal codes in Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut may add 3 to 7 business days.
How we ship
Every design is printed on demand by our Canadian fulfilment partner. When your order lands, the file goes to the printer, the product is pressed, packed in plain branded packaging, and handed to Canada Post or Purolator for delivery. Print on demand means no inventory waste and no minimum runs. The trade-off is the print-and-pack window before your order leaves the facility.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours after you place it. We email the link as soon as it goes live.
Customs and duties
Because every order ships from within Canada, there are no customs, no border crossings, and no surprise brokerage fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window plus 7 business days, email us at hello@deezshop.ca and we will replace or refund it without question. See our Returns and Refunds policy for full details.
